Uploaded with ImageShack.usCharacter Quirks- Personality: Outgoing, enthusiastic, and excitable, Yin Li lives in a world of action. She is a risk taker, willing to plunge into any situation and get her hands dirty. She lives in there here and now, impulsively making decisions and constantly improvising. She is a quick thinker and can easily decide what should be done in most situations, execute her plan of action, and be ready to move on to the next thing.
Yin shares her mother's uncanny ability to read peoples attitudes and motives. She is able to pick up on subtle body language, which tends to go unnoticed by most and she is generally able to stay a few steps ahead of those she interacts with. She has her own moral code and values, viewing rules and laws of society more as guidelines rather than concrete mandates. She always places her own beliefs and morals above those of society, laughing at those who would enforce the law.
Yin is a practical, observant, fun-loving, spontaneous risk-taker with an excellent ability to quickly improvise an innovative solution to a problem. In order to tell the tale of Yin Li, One must be willing to go back a bit further than the day of her birth. Yin's Father, Shen, was a pirate, Captain of the feared ship The Lion Turtle. He was the son of Shing Li, Captain of The Lion Turtle before him and a young air nomad that the captain had saved. Shen grew up on the sea, pillaging and plundering like his ancestors. Coming to port one day, he took a liking to a beautiful whore from the earth kingdom called Hui Ying. He took her as his wife, promising her freedom and wealth. She gladly accepted.
Yin was Shen and Hui Ying's second child. She grew up on the Earth Kingdom Island of Taku. Close to her family as a child, She was taught the values both her father and mother held close. Trust no one, the more ties you have to people, the weaker you are. Be strong, independent, and free. Know how to protect yourself. Knowledge is power.
Yin and her brothers took on Muay Thai at a young age, practicing until their muscles failed and their knuckles and knees were bleeding. Shen was adamant that his children would be able to protect themselves when the time came, especially considering the family businesses. Once proficient in using her body as a weapon, Yin familiarized herself with sai and sword play, preferring close combat as she was able to draw from her roots. Her brothers on the other hand pursued their water bending skills with great fervor, each determined to be better than the other.
Shen took Bohai, His eldest son under his wing, grooming him to be Captain after him. Duyi, the youngest was being prepared to take over the whore house his mother had opened. Yin on the other hand was left with few options, many of which included marriage. Being much like her father and craving freedom and adventure, she spoke with her parents about her concerns. They graciously heard their daughter out, understanding where she was coming from. After a few weeks of deliberation, Yin was finally given the answer she had been hoping for.
A few nights later, Yin said her goodbyes to her family. As a parting gift, her brothers presented her with a young saber-toothed tiger ferret, as "she'd need someone to protect her". The young woman chuckled and thanked them as she looked down at the small, helpless, bundle of fur in her arms, amazed at the prospect of what the beast would grow into. She named the creature Zhong, knowing he would be as steadfast a companion as his name suggested. With that in mind, the dark haired girl went about packing her few belongings and headed out into the world, free to do as she pleased.
The young woman made her way to the city of North Chung Ling, eager to begin her life anew. She quickly got involved with the black market, working with many of the local gangs to gather goods and information. Climbing the social ladder of the underground came easily to the woman and she rapidly made a name for herself, becoming extremely respected and feared amongst the locals.
Widely known in the city as the Whisperer, Yin quickly found that sensitive information not only brought a great price, but it generally brought around large amounts of chaos as well. Chaos meant less eyes on them, and more eyes on the petty "problems" of the world, allowing Yin to work things the way she wanted. Needless to say, this intrigued the young woman greatly, and she began throwing herself whole-heartedly into her work, gathering every secret, motive, and scandal she could get her hands on...Combat Marks - Stat System:

The small dimly lit room was quiet, save the sound of water traveling from one place to another. The small figure seemed to dance among the streams of water that flitted about the room, casting pale shadows along the walls. So much time had passed since the girl first joined the Organization, and Lex had learned much in that time, especially since Madax had taken her under his protective wing. Her free time now consisted mainly of intense training, mostly in the use of her element. Opening her eyes, she watched as the small streams flowed around her, careful to maintain the stability of the large flat disk of water she was precariously balanced upon. It was beautiful. Memories of Tai Chi training flashed through the girl’s mind and she smiled slightly. This was when she felt most human, most alive.
“Hey guys, Xinbar here…”The loud voice coming through the communicator tore through the ginger’s thoughts. Her concentration no more, Lex abruptly fell to the ground as water crashed all around her. As she stood, the small girl tuned in to the rest of the superior’s message. Backup was required in the keyblade graveyard immediately. The nobody quickly dried herself off and slid into her long, black organization cloak. Opening a corridor of darkness She peered into the long tunnel. Hesitantly, but with purpose she disappeared into the darkness, unsure of what was to come.

Stepping out of the corridor, the shadow of a girl blinked as she took in her gloomy surroundings. The dusty, barren land was filled with the keyblades of fallen warriors. Lex nodded in solemn acknowledgement of the deceased . Removing her dark hood, the girl listened to the soft, low, moan of the wind as blew past, gently tousling her hair. It almost sounded sad…mournful…as if it was aware of the tragedies that had befallen this place. The ginger shook her head as she pressed on, keeping a sharp eye out for the other organization members as she went.
After almost twenty minutes of searching, Lex stumbled across the small group of nobodies who had answered the superior’s call. They stood quietly, listening to the ramblings of another being the girl had never seen before. She could only assume this was the Vikenx that her leader had spoken of. As she approached she attempted to listen in. The small girl couldn’t hear what was said, though she could make out the voice of the one speaking. Madax. Knowing he was here gave Lex a sense of confidence in her abilities. She hurried towards the group a little faster, curious as to what was going on.
Upon reaching the group, the girl saw what everyone else was staring at. The being standing before them looked like something out of a fairytale and nightmare combined. The bronze scaled body and golden hair shocked the girl, but she was even more shocked by what she saw next. There, lying with his face on the ground, seemingly worshiping this…thing…was Madax. Lex froze. This was wrong. 100 percent, irrevocably wrong. Madax bowed to no one, at least not willingly. What kind of power did this creature possess that it was able to force the strongest being she had ever seen to his knees?
Slowly, Lex turned her gaze back to the smirking creature standing before the small group.
"Now the rest of you follow suit and bow before your goddess. Or perhaps you fancy yourselves gods?"
The voice sent a chill down the girl’s spine and she gently grabbed hold of Xinbar’s arm. The urgency of the situation began to sink in, and Lex looked to the older, more seasoned members of the organization for some kind of direction. What else could she do?
