Tuning- Anyone can whistle. Many people can even whistle at a skilled level. But its a bit different when you are attempting to make an orchestra of whistle sounds using airbending and glass. At early stages this is pretty basic. Still learning what stones make what noises, how much air is required to go through each one to produce which specific noise. Might as well be using your mouth to whistle at this stage as it probably sounds better.
Tuned- By now you know how to work the stones. Still making mistakes is common and Kylee is not likely to find many people who actually want to listen. On the plus side you have found some unique ways to use the marbles. By using airbending to move them around, an idea brought on from Zu Lee’s style of bending.
Show Time- As far as the music goes, Kylee is greatly skilled. Able to play in front of a crowd that will enjoy it. Of Course there is always room for improvement. She has become much more skilled with the moving of the marbles. Gaining the ability to chain pieces together, using the air like a string between the marbles like beads. This has been incorporated into the show.
Encore- Sure, most people won’t pay just to see a girl blow whistles, no matter how fantastic it may sound. But when played to a show, a puppet show perhaps, it becomes a beautiful art. Though rarely used as such, the marbles have become weapons. Traditional with airbending they are usually used to simply disable the opponent rather than hurt them. Or perhaps capture them. But getting hit by a marble is pretty painful.

Baby Bender- Able to move air about. Pushing, pulling, generalized flowing.
Child bender- Able to direct air. It can be used for combat but not all that much. Air is faster and has impact. But really you shouldn't be trying to go out fighting anyone.

Soften the blow- Able to use air to reduce impact damage, either when being
hit or when hitting something. At this point incoming attacks can’t lessened as that takes too much speed. But when hitting something herself or when about to collide with something, she can soften the blow, like from a fall for example.
