Basic Information
Kylee
(No given last name)
[*]Age: 19
[*]Height:5’11”
[*]Weight: 180
[*]Gender:Female
[*]Appearance: A set look is hard to place. Kylee is always changing into different looks with various makeup and dyes. Creating tattoos and scars. She has some usual looks though. The style that is mostly her, though only two people left in the world know what she really looks like, has blonde hair with a white tattoo crossing her right eye. Her lips are full and her eyes are wide. Her natural eyelashes are almost too short to call existent. Her eyebrows match her hair though the shape regularly changes with everything else. There is a good chance that she doesn't even have eyebrows anymore. She has been known to go with completely white hair, black, and brown. Her outfits range from that of an airbender to the colors of the fire nation. Usually reflecting wherever she is at the time. She is slight in form, making quick outfit changes simple. Though she has no voluptuous features to show off. Petite is perhaps the best word. Petite but aerobic, having the skill set that comes with having acrobat parents. Flexibility, grace, a certain level of strength. Though Kylee never was a full fledge acrobat, but she did work out with them. Many of the exercises she keeps up on regularly still mostly stretching.
Kylee has a number of piercings on her ears, allowing her to add to her disguises. No matter the disguise she always has a set of glass beads in some kind of jewelry. Bracelets, anklets, or necklaces are usually what she uses. She has a
from burns on her back though she usually doesn’t bother trying to hide them, depending on just how convincing she wants her scar to be. Sometimes she will even emphasize it for dramatic effect.
Character Quirks
[*]Personality: Kylee is playful in its raw form. She likes to joke around with others and has no problem with jokes made at her expense. Though sometimes she can get out of hand by taking jokes too far. But if it has any way of being funny, she will find a way to laugh about it. Weather it be deceiving people, poking fun at someone, or all out pulling off a prank. Even fear can be funny. If you do it right. The other big part of her is music. Kylee enjoys making various tunes using marbles that have different sizes and the like through the middle which creates various tones and notes when air is passed through them as well as when they are stacked or struck together. She can often be found having a smaller one in her mouth to create a playful whistle tune while walking and the like. She can get annoying without realizing it by doing this.
Another aspect to her playfulness is her love for Roleplay. She loves to play life as a whole new person. Dressing differently as all manners of class or race. Talking differently in any accent or pitch. She even likes to cross the boundaries of gender. The former is something she loves to play into her joking nature. Taking people by surprise with the sudden change in gender one way or another. Maybe adding something on that looks like a scar or a tattoo. If she thinks it will be funny then she will change her looks even if its only for a moment.
She can be passionate about allot of things. One of which is animals, she finds it easy to bond with them, allot of them. Though does not believe in keeping animals contained. Her passion for animals may be one of the most spiritual things about her as it binds her to nature. She can often be found befriending animals wherever she goes. Kylee long ago accepted that they will come and go and therefore is never sad when they leave despite developing quite the attachment. Another is music, Kylee has practiced with a number of instruments but has found her favorite to be the one of her own invention that is easily made mobile by turning it into jewelry. Marble like glass balls that have various sized holes in them with a plethora of distorments. Running air through one or more at a time makes various noises.
On a spiritual level she is far from traditional, following her own path. Her path is one of nature and the natural flow of the world. It can be seen in her love for animals and music as well as in her “whatever happens” personality. She does attempt from time to time to look at the spiritual side of herself, but usually prefers to see the world as its own body that she is a part of. Running its course and doing what comes natural. She keeps her opinions of spirituality to herself most of the time however.
She can come off lazy when decisions need to be made, allowing her companions decisions to be her own and allowing the natural flow of the world to take her down its course. It can become frustrating as this leaves nothing to ever be her fault. Lost? She didn’t chose to go this way. Bandit attack? She didn’t choose to pick up that drifter on the side of the road and feed him for the night. Not that she would say as much unless someone tried to say it was her own fault. This also causes her to have difficulty with operating on her own, having a hard time making decisions when they are forced upon her.
[*]Alignment:True Neutral...I guess....No reason to be anything really.
[*]Nation: Earth Kingdom originally, traveling throughout life.
[*]Goal(s): Fun is probably her short term goal for anything. But some of her other goals include playing music on a masterful level, meeting rare animals of the world, and becoming a world renowned performer with her group. Becoming a master Airbender is part of her overall goal but she chooses to believe that it will come naturally with her life progression.
[*]Brief History: Starting before Kylee s birth, two victims of wanderlust fell madly in love. A world wandering Air Nomad found himself receiving a ticket to a sold out show of a traveling circus. It was this circus where he fell in love with the trapezing Firebender. But this story doesn’t belong to them, rather their child. The parents, being from different backgrounds, never settled on how their little girl would be raised. He wanted to take her back to the temple, to be brought up as one of the Air Nomads. But she wanted her to live at the circus, growing up with a free life and learning about all of the world firsthand.
After two years the debate had never been settled and Kylee had spent most of her time at the circus and only a very small amount of time at any air temples. But upon the mysterious death of her lover, Kylee’s mom resolved to get her daughter more actively involved with the airbenders. It quickly proved to be too hard of a feat to accomplish on her own, needing to be active in her career alongside needing the money to travel back and forth. But luck would come around to solving this problem.
During one of the performances, Kylee was spotted doing some juggling using airbending by yet another traveling Airbender. After the show he approached both her and her mother and asked to hear their story of how this Airbender girl ended up here and not being taught at the Eastern or Western Airtemples. He offered his condolences along with a request to take Kylee under his own watch and train her. Both ladies refused, but the Airnomad was understanding and still wished to help the girl. His next offer was that he would personally bring her back and forth between the circus and the temples for a couple of days once a week. The time between he would follow the circus and offer Kylee training. Kylee’s mother wanted to say no, not wanting to be away from her daugher for so long, but after the mention that she was at about the right age to get her own Skybison, it was impossible to take that smile away.
So Kylee was raised this way, growing to think of her new bending master as somewhat of a father figure. Learning Airbending every day while still able to learn how to be a part of the circus. Picking up on various acts and skills. Developing her own, costume becoming a specialty. She couldn’t be happier, maybe. But like all good things it would end in disaster.
During a particularly packed show, sold out to the point that people were standing, a fire took the circus. Kylee noticed the fire when it was beyond a point where she could save anyone, having been taking a nap on her Skybison, Shoon, in between her first act and her last one that would come at the end of the night. She had awoken to the shouts of Shoon, as well as various screams in the circus, as he fought against the tendrils of flame that seemed to be grabbing him and holding him down to the ground, preventing him from flying. She was tossed off his back as he rolled to try and untangle himself, successfully. Kylee was able to get a better look around her now that the initial shock had worn off. Everything in the animal pen was turning black as all of the animals tried to fight off the flames. The source of all the problems was clear, a large flaming octopus like creature with too many legs to count. It had more than enough arms to fight every animal in the circus and was blocking the exit. She fought back along side Shoon, but in the end blacked out when the fire got ahold of her.
She woke up outside of the circus, just outside of where the flames had stopped their march. Burns on her body, the worst on her back, and several broken bones. She never could remember how she had gotten there. When asked to give her report to the authorities they didn’t believe her, a child's nightmare about an octopus made of flames. Her two best friends, who had also managed to survive the fire by their own means, had stories that seemed just as wild and unbelievable.
In time Kylee recovered fully, finding her own ways to cope with the loss of her mother, master, and Shoon. As well as the loss of the entire circus who she considered family. Kylee rejoined her two friends and together they did the only thing they knew how, they put on a show. Traveling the world and putting on a small performance everywhere they went. Simple street performers, but Kylee was happy again. Or at least seemed happy.

Last Words
[*]Other:As far as I can tell the character qualifies as spiritual, in her own way. Simple life, simple means, connection with nature, connection with her artistic side, and belief in the spiritual side of the world.
I also apologize for the lack of detail of what happened in the fire. It is supposed to be a mystery and I can’t really say just what happened without knowing what sort of abilities my character yet has.
Lastly, I forgot I hadn't written my RP sample. I may update it to one for the character later.
[*]RP Sample: Kaylie stood staring into the abyss of the crystal ravine. Contemplating life. She had become everything she always planned to be, a shining example of who her father was. She lived in the same, although rebuilt, home he lived in. She had passed skills on to the younger generation. She was a good person at heart, no matter who you asked.
Everyone but Melech that was. This was where she had screwed up. She had killed Melech here above the Ravine. Something her father never would have done is kill someone. He retained his innocence all his life. He could fight with the best of them, but never took a life. His memories in her head tried to comfort her, tell her that she hadn't let him down. That it had been a matter of life or death. How badly he wished he had killed Melech before he could ever come after her.
But she had all his memories, she could see that he never thought of his daughter this way. A killer. The torment was manifesting darkness inside her.
All of the rushing around over the years had given her the chance to never think back on what she had done. But the ten years of peace had finally caught up. Melech had called out to her. Accused her of being the source of all his problems. She knew it couldn't be real but there it was. Always calling her back to the ravine. She would spend days out by the ravine. Living inside her first gummi ship that she had finally found out in the snow covered wasteland.
The ship was mostly empty. A pile of blankets over by the cockpit where the seat had been worn in from sleeping in it. Books in the back that had never been opened. A small silver ring caught the light from the sun on the dash. The ring had been her fathers, a gift from Merlin. He helped shower her how to set up a way point spell. Allowing her to teleport between two places. Touching it would send her back to her room at home. Propped up in the corner was her keyblade. There was never any danger here on RG anymore. Besides, if anything did happen she still had magic.
Kaylie had taken to rebuilding the ship. Having developed a hobby for gummi blocks years ago. She was adept enough now that she could see where work on the ship had been done by Vivi. Where work had been done by her father. And even still where work had been done by someone else. Someones handiwork that she didn't recognize. And now her work was there too.
But today felt different as she stood over the ravine. Something had changed. But whatever it was she didn't know. Frustratingly she headed back home. Pinching the earring on the dash and suddenly she was back in her house at RG.
