Ok Admin of Rage writing up a quick guide for abilities. I'll start with the benders.
First thing first I would like it if you could try not to make the same abilities as other benders. If you see a move you really like it's ok to have though please don't word for word plagiarise it. Also benders to give you the benefit of not sucking up all your AP to perform the simplest bending moves their is a universal skill tree for you guys. Also to get a special bending(Lightning, Blood, metal) you need the previous 4 tiers which go as followed. It's not needed for you to have this tree, however it's very VERY EXTREMELY HIGHLY recommended you get to the 2nd tier with your starting ap. Please reword as this is just universal.
Introduction bending: can bend fist sized amount of element. Not really able to use it in combat due to concentration and slowness.
Basic Bending: can bend torso sized amount of element. Can now bend with enough speed and consistency to be viable in combat. Bending more takes more effort longer time, and is prone to failure.
Advanced Bending: Can bend 3x benders size amount of element. This is where bending becomes lethal. Bending is a bunch of fast short motions, and combos of varying size are put together. Benders can work together to bend large amounts of the element.
Mastered Bending: Benders vary on their max amount of element but it's usually very impressive but takes too long or too much effort to use in combat. Benders can bend through all four limbs, where even the flick of a few fingers can bend their element. The bender rarely needs to use multiple movements to bend even large amounts of the element, but can use assistance to do it faster.
Again highly recommended benders take at least tier two off the start of their bio ap. As for other moves, bending styles usually follow personalities, and also just think of something that just sounds really cool (Like Iroh breathing fire!).
Tier five for benders: Other than a special bending(metal, lightning, blood) you will only be allowed one other tier 5 bending related ability(for now. Also you will not be allowed to start with a tier 5 from bio ap). Also bending and one's personality are directly linked. When you take a fifth tier it should have a certain affect on your personality like a quirk. (Lightning is called "cold fire bending" because you need to be totally collected to use it. Metal benders are typically not so straight forward thinkers. Blood benders have some corruption with the territory[some of these maybe under scrutiny, but their just there for easy examples]) Just some quirk that goes with your bending.
Non-benders:
Since there are so many fighting styles out there no universal fighting abilities for you to take. Also you may have more than one tier 5 ability, but you may be cut off at some point depending. You also cannot start with a tier 5 ability off your bio AP.
